For trainees interested in acquiring the skills needed to direct a diagnostic laboratory (including qualification to be certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics), the Department of Pathology offers training in Laboratory Genetics and Genomics (link this to the same link as the training button on this page). In addition, a one-year training program in Molecular Genetic Pathology is offered as a joint undertaking between the Divisions of Anatomic and Molecular Pathology, Laboratory and Genomic Medicine, and Neuropathology.
